| Product | Conform, a downloadable macOS application that reads Final Cut Pro exports and creates XML for Adobe Premiere Pro. It is supplied electronically; no physical item is shipped. Not every element can transfer unchanged; detected limitations and approximations are shown before conversion and written to a report. |

Use the ZUNO WORKS contact form for the software, licence, delivery, compatibility, cancellation or our refund policy. ZUNO WORKS also handles qualified invoices for its direct JPY bank-transfer sales. Contacting one party may require coordination with the other to resolve the transaction. |
| Delivery and order record | An activation button is displayed immediately after successful payment and a signed offline licence is issued. The same activation link is sent to the purchase email address. Its destination also provides a copyable complete licence for the manual fallback if the app does not open. A network or email delay may occur, but delivery will be completed within 24 hours. No account, Mac registration or periodic authentication is required. Our email records the order reference, final checkout total, licence scope, compatibility, applicable terms version and support routes; keep it with the separate Sold through Link transaction receipt or document. |
| Cancellation and refunds | Change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after the signed licence is sent, except where the law or the Terms of Use provides otherwise. A non-working activation or licence is reissued without a time limit. EU and UK consumers may cancel for any reason within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. Eligible Sold through Link issues may also be submitted to Link within 60 days; Link's policy controls where it is more favourable to the buyer. Mandatory consumer remedies for non-conforming software are not restricted. A final full refund or chargeback ends the licence. |
